Ideal for:

When you want instant results

You'll need (for 1 serve):

  • 150ml water
  • 30ml spirit
  • Glass and spoon to stir
  • Garnish (Optional)
STEP 1
Add 150ml of still or sparkling water and 7.5g powder (1.5 teaspoons) of your chosen powdered cocktail mix to your glass
STEP 2
Add a shot (30ml) of recommended matching spirit and stir briskly until powder fully dissolves.
STEP 3
Add ice (the colder the better!) and dress it up with a garnish. Enjoy!
Cocktail Shaker
Mix it using a

Cocktail Shaker

Ideal for:

Mixing up 1–2 serves at a time.

You'll need (for 1 serve):

Have these ready before you shake:

  • Cocktail shaker + strainer
  • Ice
  • 150ml still water
  • 30ml spirit
STEP 1
Add 150ml of still water, one shot (30ml) recommended matching spirit and 7.5 grams (1.5 flat teaspoons) of your chosen powdered cocktail mix to a cocktail shaker.
STEP 2
Add ice, secure lid & shake for 10-15 seconds until condensation forms on the outside of the shaker.
STEP 3
Strain into your favourite glass and dress it up by adding a garnish. Enjoy!
Blender
Mix it in a

Blender

Ideal for:

Instant frozen cocktails in small batches

You'll need (for 6 serves):

  • A standard countertop blender (1.8–2 L capacity)
  • 3 cups ice (~700ml)
  • 600ml water
  • 45g Powdered cocktail mix (~6 level teaspoons)
  • 180ml Spirit
STEP 1
Add 600ml water, 3 cups of ice (about 700ml) and 45g of your chosen powdered cocktail mix to a blender.
STEP 2
Pulse to break up ice, then blend on high until smooth and slushy.
STEP 3
Stir in 180ml of matching spirit after blending. (not all blenders can handle the alcohol being added before blending - check with your models manufacturer first, or add it after as we suggest).
STEP 4
Pour into glasses and add a garnish as desired. Enjoy!
Jug
MAKE A BULK BATCH IN A

Ideal for:

Making cocktails for a group

You'll need (for 4 serves):

  • A 1L+ jug, long stirrer or spoon
  • 600ml still or sparkling water
  • 120ml Spirit
  • Ice
  • * Recipe can be scaled for larger batching.
STEP 1
Add 600ml of still or sparkling water, 120ml recommended spirit and 30g (4 flat scoops using our Perfect Serve Scoop) of your chosen powdered cocktail mix.
STEP 2
Stir until powder has fully dissolved (still water is the quickest, sparkling will take longer).
STEP 3
Add ice before serving. Stir briefly again if some time has passed between serves.
STEP 4
Pour into glasses and dress it up with a garnish. Enjoy!
Slushy Machine
Mix it in a

Slushy Machine

Ideal for:

Getting that bar-frozen texture

You'll need (for 10 serves):

  • A slushy machine
  • 1.5L water (still or sparkling)
  • 75g Powdered Cocktail Mix
  • 300ml spirit
STEP 1
Mix 75g of cocktail powder into 1.5L water until fully dissolved. Pour into slushie machine.
STEP 2
Add 300ml of matching spirit into the slushie machine.
STEP 3
Run the machine per your model’s instructions until desired slushy consistency is achieved.
STEP 4
Dispense into glasses and garnish as desired. Enjoy!
You don’t need to overthink it. It’s easy to make, hard to get wrong, and undeniably delicious.
