How should I store my MISS SWIG?
Store your mixers in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate them. Your bar cart, a cupboard or your pantry will do just fine!
Are your mixers gluten free & dairy free?
Yes! Our mixers are all gluten free, dairy free and vegan. We text every batch for traces of gluten and dairy just to be sure.
Can I make the serving size smaller?
Of course! Our serving sizes are very generous at 180ml. It's easy to reduce your serving size, you just reduce the amount of powder and water proportionally. Then add your spirit!
Why is the serving size 180ml, not 130ml like other mixers?
The average cocktail serving size at a bar is 130ml which is what a lot of other brands follow, but we deliberately made our suggested serving sizes larger side so you get more value from each serve. We would rather our customers get 20+ serves from our 16 serve jar than feel miffed that they got 10.
Where can I find the ingredient list?
The ingredient list is on all our single and essential set product pages in the accordion (underneath the add to cart buttons!). The full nutritional information panel for each flavour is also the last image on all our mixers product listings.
How long do I have to use it once opened?
We recommend using it within a few weeks, but if stored in a cool dry place (not a fridge) with the lid tightly fastened, they will last much longer. Moisture is the biggest risk to our powders, as they're all formulated to be moisture sensitive to speed up the dissolving process.
Do I need to add alcohol? Can I make mocktails with it too?
All our mixers can be enjoyed with or without alcohol. They’re designed for cocktails, but taste just as good as mocktails — simply a touch sweeter without the spirit.
What’s the best type of alcohol to use with each flavour?
Cosmo → Vodka
Margarita & Spicy Marg → Tequila
Strawberry Daiquiri → White Rum

Why are the mixers powdered, rather than liquid?
Because powder = freedom. Our powdered format keeps the flavours fresh, cuts out unnecessary weight and waste, and means you can make incredible cocktails anywhere — from your kitchen to a picnic blanket to the beach. It also means our flavours are consistent. If you've every opened a 'fresh' juice and it has already turned sour, thats exactly why we developed our mixers in a powdered format.
Do they come with a scoop?
No, our individual jars do not include a scoop with purchase. Most our our value sets include the scoop. Each serve is 7.5g powder, which equals 1.5 standard kitchen teaspoons, but we also offer a custom MISS SWIG scoop that measures one perfect serve (flat to the rim). It’s available to add on when you shop.
How many serves are there in each jar?
Each jar makes 16 generously sized drinks. (And we mean real serves — not half-hearted ones.)
Does the powder add to the total drink volume?
Hardly. The powder integrates at a molecular level — meaning the water simply absorbs the flavour rather than expanding. Science, but make it delicious.
How long does it take to dissolve?
Just a few seconds with a quick stir in still water. For best results, mix, wait a beat, and give it one final swirl. Sparkling water can take a little more mixing — carbonation makes it a bit frothier — but the choice comes down to taste. Each gives a slightly different finish, so try both and see which you love more.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping over $75 AUD Australia wide and free express shipping when you spend over $100 AUD on all orders Australia wide.
For orders under $60 Shipping is $5.00 standard or $12.50 express.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! We currently only ship within Australia. International shipping will be available in the future - sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know!
What if I change my mind?
Once your order has shipped, we can’t cancel or refund for change of mind until you have returned the products in original unopened condition.
