Delivery & Returns

At Miss Swig, we aim to make delivery simple, reliable, and fuss-free. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, timeframes, and what to expect once you place your order.

Delivery Locations

All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping

Delivery Options & Costs

Australia-wide shipping

Orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days.

Orders under $75 AUD

  • Standard shipping: $7.50

  • Express shipping: $12.50

Orders over $75 AUD

  • Free express shipping Australia-wide

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 4pm AEST on a business day will generally be processed the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@missswig.com with your name and order number so we can assist you promptly.

Returns & Change of Mind

Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel or refund for change of mind until the items have been returned to us in their original, unopened condition.
